Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer care team or visit your local Sit 'n Sleep showroom within 120 days of delivery to start your return or exchange process.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your mattress has been used for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust, and confirm it is free of stains or damage to qualify under our health and safety guidelines.
Schedule a Pickup
Once approved, we will coordinate a convenient time for our delivery team to visit your home, inspect the item, and remove it for processing.
Receive Your Refund or Credit
After the item is successfully collected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or apply a store credit toward your new mattress selection, minus any applicable processing fees.
